This policy explains how Hollowitch ("we", "us") handles information on this website (hollowitch.com) and when you contact us. Hollowitch is operated by Fatih Güneş, an independent developer based in Türkiye. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that describes exactly what that app does with your data.
The short version
- This website has no user accounts, no advertising, and no third-party tracking cookies.
- We never sell or share your personal information for advertising.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply and help you.
Information we process
Website visits
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not identify you.
Emails you send us
When you write to support@hollowitch.com or hello@hollowitch.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach. Messages are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in our email provider's mailbox. We keep them for as long as needed to help you and then for up to 24 months for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we use information
We use the information above only to run this website, keep it secure, answer your questions and improve our apps. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (Cloudflare for hosting and email routing, and our email provider), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU/UK or Türkiye), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email support@hollowitch.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
This website and our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in Türkiye and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
